Does Enterprise Threat Monitor make changes on my SAP system?
No. ETM uses a-minimal set of permissions to operate properly and it does not make any changes on the remote SAP system.
What SAP authorizations are required for my user?
You need the following authorizations for ETM to run properly:

I am receiving a message reading “You are not authorized to view this page.” or “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.” What is this error?

Why does the Portal Connectivity button of the ETM application say “Unable to connect to ETM portal”?
Please check whether you have Internet connectivity. Sometimes network connectivity or proxy settings might result in this error. Enter the correct proxy information based on your network environment. Click the Portal Connectivity button to recheck.
